Google defines mo:mo as a steamed dumpling filled with meat or vegetables. That doesn’t even scratch the surface on how we Nepalese feel about mo:mo. Mo:mo is love. Mo:mo is what we need on a bad day to warm our soul. Mo:mo is Pizza times 10, Burger times 100, Bratwurst times 1000. Mo:mo is always the answer, especially when the waiter comes back for the second time asking what we want. ; )
